FOR THE LEADERSHIP TRACK: Men and women, 18 years old and above, who sense a call to ministry and are already faithful and fruitful serving in leadership, in some capacity, in their local church. This may mean serving as an elder, the head of a ministry, a small group or Encounter leader, leading worship, etc.
FOR THE EMERGING LEADERS/ThisGEN TRACK: Men and women who sense a call to leadership in the local church and want to mature in their spiritual and ministry growth. They should already be committed and faithful serving in some ministry capacity in their church, even though they may not be leading a ministry at this time.
Lifestyle standards which consistently display a consecrated walk with the Lord
An excellent pastoral recommendation from the applicant's Senior Pastor
At this season of your life, the ability to make a time commitment to attend all the Live Teaching Weekends, regional cohort meetings, monthly ZOOM call, and completion of assignments and reading
Ability to pay the monthly tuition and fees as noted
